Return Policy
We accept returns under specific conditions to ensure fairness and quality service:
- Products must be returned within 3 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Returns are accepted only for:
- Damaged or defective items
- Incorrect products received
To initiate a return, please contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and a photo of the item showing the issue.
Refund Policy
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds are made via the original method of payment.
Please note:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds are not issued for custom orders or if the product is damaged due to customer mishandling.
Exchange Policy
We offer free exchanges in the following cases:
- Product arrived damaged or defective
- Wrong product or color delivered
Exchanges must be requested within 3 days of receiving the item.
Non-Returnable Items

- Interior design services
