Return & Refund Policy

At Al Umaima Interiors, we specialize in custom-designed interior solutions including wardrobes, media walls, and bespoke furniture. Because our products are made-to-order based on each client’s requirements, our return and refund policy differs from standard retail stores.

1. Custom-Made Products

All our products are customized according to the client’s selected design, size, material, and finish.
Therefore, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the order has been confirmed and production has started.

2. Order Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed once:

  • Design and specifications are finalized
  • Advance payment (if applicable) is received

After confirmation, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

3. Changes Before Production

If you wish to modify your order, you must notify us before production begins.
We will try our best to accommodate changes, but this may:

  • Affect pricing
  • Extend delivery timelines

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect:

  • You must notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery or installation
  • Provide clear photos/videos as proof

If verified, we will:

  • Repair the product, or
  • Replace the affected part(s)

5. Installation Issues

If there are issues related to installation, our team will inspect and resolve them promptly.
We are committed to ensuring proper installation and customer satisfaction.

6. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

  • The order is cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances
  • The product cannot be delivered or completed as agreed

Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–14 business days.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-made furniture and interiors
  • Installed products
  • Products approved by the client before production
